Our Mentorship Team

We believe the world is facing a crisis of mentorship.

The pace of a rapidly changing society is faster than most people can keep up with. Many feel stretched between daily responsibilities, financial pressures, family needs, and a desire to contribute to a world that feels increasingly unsettled. With so much noise, tension, and uncertainty, people often lack steady guidance—someone who can help them see their life clearly and navigate decisions with confidence.

Mentors exist to fill that gap.

At BE LIFE, we view mentorship as the work of helping people walk a path of greater leadership—in simple terms, helping people take ownership of their lives while also learning how to uplift the people around them. A Mentor supports others in becoming more confident, more responsible, more purposeful, and more capable of seeing with their own eyes and guiding their own growth.

BE LIFE believes any person, in any role, can elevate their work and services by adopting a mentorship attitude.

Parenting is one of the clearest examples. Most parents work hard to care for their children, keep them safe, and teach them right from wrong. But a Parent-Mentor goes a step further. A Parent-Mentor intentionally develops their child’s ability to think for themselves, act with purpose, contribute to others, and take responsibility for their own growth. They’re not only raising a healthy child—they’re raising a future leader, someone who will know how to serve others and guide themselves through life’s challenges.

Every role can be elevated to a Leader-Mentor identity:

  • A Manager can become a Manager-Mentor.

  • A Teacher can become a Teacher-Mentor.

  • A Business Owner can become an Owner-Mentor.

  • A friend can become a Friend-Mentor.

In every relationship, we have opportunities to support each other’s growth in deeper, more intentional ways. And mentorship is healthiest when it’s reciprocal. Sometimes we guide, and sometimes we receive guidance. Sometimes we are the mentor, and sometimes we are the mentee—even within the same relationship. The strongest relationships—whether between spouses, colleagues, friends, or family—are built on this reciprocity and mutual care. And while a mentor may have more experience in certain areas, they are always learning and remain open to being taught by others, including—and often especially—those they are mentoring.

This is the spirit of the BE LIFE Institute:  a community of people committed to growing themselves while helping others grow, offering practical guidance, clarity, and steady support in a world where balance is becoming harder to maintain.
